Regional Event Skills Boost Program

Launching Soon: Regional Event Skills Boost Program

The free Regional Event Skills Boost Program is a practical program made up of eight short eLearning modules specially created for regional NSW event organisers who want to strengthen their event’s viability, succession planning and longevity, while building the systems needed for long-term success.

Delivered by Australian Centre for Regional Events, the program is designed for destination events, or community events with the ambition and potential to become destination events. Through guided learning, easy-to-use templates and practical support, participants will explore and embed the essential building blocks of effective event planning and delivery from operations and governance through to marketing, visitor experience, robust documentation and clear succession pathways.

By helping events prepare strong documentation and improve their internal processes, the program can also enhance your readiness to apply for opportunities such as the DNSW Regional Event Fund. Whether you are part of a volunteer committee, a council-supported event or a growing regional festival, this program will help you take the next step with more clarity, confidence and practical tools you can use straight away.
