Nicole was born and raised in the Central West and brings over two decades of hands-on experience across hospitality, tourism, small business and vocational education. Her career reflects a strong commitment to regional growth, blending practical expertise with a passion for building vibrant, connected communities.
From working in The Australian Women’s Weekly Test Kitchen to teaching at TAFE NSW, to running a successful local café and launching an innovative online cake kit business, Nicole understands what it takes to build and grow a business from the ground up. Most recently, she’s worked as a business advisor with an accounting firm, offering tailored support and events for small businesses.
Nicole specialises in fostering strong community connections, delivering standout regional events, and driving smart, sustainable industry development. Her qualifications span business coaching, hospitality management, commercial cookery, travel and tourism, vocational education and nutrition — giving her a well-rounded perspective and a versatile skill set.
